At Barkio.online, we’re committed to making sure you and your pet are 100% satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—whether the item is defective, damaged, or simply not what you expected.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Pet Food Items: Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
  • All Other Products: Returnable within 90 days of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition unless defective.
  • Include the original packaging and all accessories (if applicable).
  • A valid receipt or order number is required.
  • Opened pet food may be returned only if defective, expired, or delivered incorrectly.

🔁 Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@barkio.online with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us as instructed.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

💰 Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective items (e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping costs.

🌍 International Orders

  • We accept international returns under the same timelines.
  • Return shipping costs for international orders must be paid by the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

🎁 Holiday Extension Policy

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year.
