✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:
- Pet Food Items: Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
- All Other Products: Returnable within 90 days of delivery.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in new, unused condition unless defective.
- Include the original packaging and all accessories (if applicable).
- A valid receipt or order number is required.
- Opened pet food may be returned only if defective, expired, or delivered incorrectly.
🔁 Return Process
To start a return:
- Email us at support@barkio.online with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back to us as instructed.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
💰 Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Non-defective items (e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping costs.
🌍 International Orders
- We accept international returns under the same timelines.
- Return shipping costs for international orders must be paid by the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🎁 Holiday Extension Policy
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year.
